Borough 01
This is home. Our base is on 79th Street in East Elmhurst, which means Astoria, Sunnyside, Woodside and Jackson Heights are a short run for us — often the same morning you call. Queens housing stock is mostly pre-war walk-ups and post-war co-ops, and both shed a chalky plaster dust that settles on sills and picture frames faster than people expect. North Brooklyn is fifteen minutes over the bridge from us, so Greenpoint, Williamsburg and Bushwick book almost as easily as Queens. Further south — Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Bay Ridge — we ask for a bit more notice, especially on Saturdays. Brooklyn brownstones bring their own problem: stairs. By building type
Most of what we clean in this city is an apartment, and the building decides half the job. Pre-war walls in Astoria and Sunnyside shed plaster dust that lands on frames and sill tops within days of a clean. Newer towers in Long Island City and Downtown Brooklyn have the opposite issue — sealed windows, vents holding dust, and floor-to-ceiling glass that shows every single mark. We don't use the same approach on both.

Inside the oven. Inside the fridge. Grout scrubbed by hand rather than wiped. Baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, vents, window sills and tracks, blinds, and behind furniture we can safely move. 01 Do you cover my neighborhood?
If you're in Queens, Brooklyn, or Manhattan below 96th Street, almost certainly yes. We also run regularly into Harlem and Morningside Heights. If your address is just outside those lines, call us — we take jobs slightly beyond our map when the schedule allows. The full list is in the borough section above.
02 How fast can you get to me?
Queens, often the same day if you call before 11am. North Brooklyn, usually one to three days. South Brooklyn and Manhattan, two to five days, more around holidays. Weekend slots go first everywhere, so if you need a Saturday, book it a week out.
03 Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us entry instructions or leave a key with a super or doorman. Tell us how you'd like us to get in when you book, and if your building requires anything specific, mention it then rather than on the day.
04 My building wants a certificate of insurance.
Very common in Manhattan and in Brooklyn co-ops. We carry insurance and can send a COI to your management company. Give us the building's name and email when you book and we'll handle it before the visit, not on the morning of.
05 Do you bring supplies?
Yes — sprays, solutions, paper towels and sponges all come with us. For hygiene reasons we don't move vacuums and mops between homes, since that's how bacteria and bedbugs travel between apartments. We ask you provide your own vacuum, mop and toilet brush. If you'd rather, we'll bring a Swiffer with disposable wet pads instead.
06 What does it cost?
Priced flat by home size and scope, not by the hour, so the number you're quoted is the number you pay. Recurring plans take 10 to 25% off automatically. Full detail on the pricing page, and FIRST10 takes 10% off your first visit.
07 Fifth-floor walk-up. Is that a problem?
Not a problem, but tell us. It changes how long the job takes and we'd rather price it correctly upfront than have a cleaner arrive with the wrong amount of time booked. Same goes for buildings where the freight elevator has restricted hours.
08 What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean that area at no charge. No argument, no inspection visit first. It's the single most useful thing we offer and we'd rather you used it than quietly went elsewhere.
